1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wplaunchtools.com (the "Site") and any WPLaunchTools plugins, themes, or tools you purchase or download, including AmazonLaunch, CouponLaunch, and LaunchPress (collectively, the "Products"). By accessing the Site or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Products.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and full payment of any applicable fees, WPLaunchTools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use each Product according to your purchased license tier: a Single Site license (one website) or an Unlimited Sites license (unlimited websites you own or manage). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Products or their source code as a standalone product.

3. Intellectual Property

The Products, the Site, and all related branding, graphics, and content are owned by WPLaunchTools or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, design, or branding to you.

4. Payments & Pricing

Pricing for each Product is listed on its individual sales page and is processed by our payment and checkout providers, which include WarriorPlus, Gumroad, and PayPal. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility for each Product and Service is described in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee on Products.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent license checks in the Products beyond what is permitted by law;
• Redistribute, resell, or share license keys or download access with parties who have not purchased a license;
• Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Some Products may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, the Amazon Product Advertising API for AmazonLaunch). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, and WPLaunchTools is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPLaunchTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WPLaunchTools harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Products or Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
